One of the biggest announcements from the week came from Ryan Reynolds, who is launching a new nonprofit called the Creative Ladder with co-founders Dionna Dorsey Calloway and Adweek's David Griner. Creative Ladder will offer students and emerging talent from underrepresented communities interested in marketing, advertising, design and commercial production a pipeline to begin their careers.
